This website (“adventureready.uk”) is operated by Adventureready Ltd (trading as AdventureReady), registered in England and Wales (company number 16669365). Business location: Halesowen, United Kingdom. Contact: lee@adventureready.uk. We are not currently VAT registered.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using this Site, creating an account, using the electrical planner, or purchasing equipment through our shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. By using our Site, you confirm you meet this requirement.
4. Accounts
Some features use sign-in via Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
5. Shop Orders & Payments
- Checkout: Equipment purchases are processed securely through Shopify checkout. Prices, shipping and applicable taxes are shown before you pay.
- Planner recommendations: The electrical planner provides guidance only. You are responsible for verifying suitability for your vehicle and installation before purchase.
- Delivery: UK delivery only unless stated otherwise. Dispatch and delivery times are set out in our shipping policy.
- Refunds: Refunds are handled in line with our refund policy and your statutory consumer rights.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to violate the rights of others, or to upload any harmful or malicious content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and designs on this Site are owned by or licensed to Adventureready Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Site without our written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site, planner outputs, or purchased equipment. Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter for which liability cannot be excluded under law.
9. Changes to the Service
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, with or without notice, provided such changes do not materially reduce the value of any paid service or order already placed.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or via the Site. Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
